Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for wealth clients and advisors via phone and email.
• Understand banking products and processes; stay updated on changes.
• Provide tailored financial solutions while adhering to policies.
• Maintain relationships with wealth advisors and internal partners.
• Process day-to-day transactional needs and ensure SLAs.
• Handle wire agreements and time-sensitive wire requests.
• Document client interactions in CRM/Salesforce.
• Meet performance, quality, productivity, and behavioral goals.
• Support achievement of Client Service Measurement scores.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends rotating.
