Job summary

Accenture in Taguig is seeking a Capital Markets Ops Analyst to deliver high-quality support to Wealth clients and advisors by phone and digital channels. You will maintain broad product knowledge and ensure accurate, compliant resolutions while managing complex inquiries.

You will document interactions in CRM/Salesforce and contribute to process improvements, with a flexible schedule including 8 AM–8 PM shifts and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Client service experience in Wealth Management, Banking or Investment.
• Voice proficiency at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic requests.
• Maintain a proficient understanding of all banking products, processes, and programs and stay updated on changes.
• Identify specialized solutions and address issues for clients with complex financial needs, ensuring compliance with policies and audits.
