Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Capital Markets Ops Specialist to support Wealth clients and advisors from a Return to Office setup in Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3. The role emphasizes process excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive issue resolution.

The candidate will act as a subject matter expert on banking products, manage complex service needs, and contribute to project initiatives while documenting all interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or Capital Markets.
• Experience in Brokerage Operations.
• Must be SME in wealth or capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic requests.
• Serve as SME on banking products, processes, and programs; stay updated on changes.
• Ensure compliance with branch ops manuals, audits, and regulatory frameworks for complex needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners.
• Manage complex service issues and day-to-day transactions for Wealth clients, meeting SLAs.
• Facilitate wire agreements and time-sensitive wire requests for Wealth clients with accuracy.
• Identify trends via data, reporting, and client interactions to drive insights.
• Develop and lead innovative projects to enhance processes, products, and policies.
• Support teammates’ skill development with training and floor support.
• Document client interactions and resolutions in CRM/Salesforce.com.
• Meet and exceed performance standards, including quality, productivity, and behavior.
