Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Wealth Client Services Associate in the Philippines to be the go-to contact for Wealth clients and Advisors. You will resolve requests via phone, email and digital channels while maintaining a high standard of regulatory compliance and knowledge of wealth products.

You will manage transfers, wire requests, and day-to-day banking needs, build strong relationships with internal teams, and document interactions in CRM and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of client service experience in banking, financial services, or wealth management.
• Exposure to retail banking or wealth platforms like Client Central or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience and be the primary contact for Wealth clients and advisors.
• Resolve service requests across phone, email, and digital channels.
• Build deep knowledge of wealth and banking products, regulatory changes, system updates, and process shifts.
• Deliver tailored solutions for high-net-worth clients with multifaceted financial needs.
• Build trusted, professional relationships with Wealth Advisors and internal teams.
• Handle transfers, overdrafts, and day-to-day transactional needs accurately and efficiently.
• Process wire requests and facilitate wire agreements and time-sensitive wire transactions.
• Document every client interaction and resolution accurately in CRM and Salesforce.
• Meet and exceed quality, productivity, and behavioral performance targets.
• Strengthen Client Service Measurement scores through every interaction.
