Job summary

Stafflink Express invites applicants for the Wealth Solutions Center Service Specialist role in the Manila area. You will serve as the primary contact for Wealth clients and advisors, handling inquiries, issue resolution, and routine transfers via phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of client service experience in Wealth Management, Banking, or Investment, strong communication skills with at least B2 voice proficiency, and CRM/Salesforce familiarity to document interactions

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in client service.
• Client service experience in Wealth Management, Banking, or Investment.
• Voice proficiency at least B2.
• Voice CSR + Retail Banking combo skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for service and problem resolution for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic requests.
• Develop understanding of banking products, processes, and programs; stay updated on changes.
• Provide tailored solutions for clients with complex financial needs while adhering to policies and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners.
• Handle day-to-day transactional needs for Wealth clients with focus on efficiency and accuracy (transfers, overdrafts).
• Facilitate wire agreements and time-sensitive wire requests with high attention to detail.
• Document client interactions and resolutions in CRM/Salesforce.com.
• Meet required performance standards (quality, productivity, behavior).
• Support Wealth division in achieving target Client Service Measurement scores.
• Work a flexible schedule including shifts Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Sat 8am-5pm, with a weekday off after a Saturday shift.
