You will investigate inquiries, maintain data quality and documentation, and contribute to risk-aware, disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), or currently enrolled in college with an expected graduation date between April to December 2026.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational processing (e.g., transfers, reconciliations, setup/maintenance, and monitoring) in line with defined procedures and service standards.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries and exceptions, escalating issues as needed and ensuring timely closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners (e.g., business stakeholders, operations teams, technology teams, and control partners) to complete tasks and resolve breaks.
• Maintain data quality and documentation standards to ensure records are complete and audit-ready.
