Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in financial or economical studies.
• Knowledge of wealth and financial products.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred but not required.
• 1+ year customer service experience with financial accounts.
• 1-2 years of experience in handling mutual/investment funds.
• Strong communication, organization and prioritization.
• Professional demeanor, team oriented.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer and math skills.
• Willing to receive feedback and coaching.
• Able to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Punctual and able to work flexible night shifts Mon-Fri.
• Contribute to a positive, friendly, motivated team environment.
• Internet bandwidth at least 25mbps with unlimited data.
• Residence within 2 hours from BGC.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming telephone inquiries regarding wealth and financial products using resources
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of client/agent telephone-initiated requests
• Document actions to process telephone-initiated inquiries to maintain thorough records
• Adhere to department performance standards including schedule adherence, quality, productivity
• Assist with department projects and initiatives as needed
