Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent.
At least one year of client service experience in banking or wealth management.
Experience with Salesforce or wealth platforms is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear client interactions.
Highly organized; able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Self-starter who learns quickly and thrives in change.
Team player who collaborates with internal teams to deliver seamless support.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

Own the client experience across phone, email, and digital channels.
Build deep knowledge of wealth and banking products and regulatory changes.
Deliver tailored solutions for high-net-worth clients within compliance.
Strengthen partnerships with Wealth Advisors and internal teams.
Handle transfers, overdrafts, and day-to-day transactions accurately within SLA.
Process wire requests and ensure timely, error-free execution.
Document all client interactions in CRM and Salesforce.
Meet and exceed quality, productivity, and behavioral targets.
Contribute to improving client service measurement scores.
