Accenture in Taguig is seeking a Wealth & Banking Client Service Analyst to support high-value clients and their Wealth Advisors. You will resolve service requests by phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.

As a Wealth & Banking Client Service Analyst, you'll support high-value clients and their Wealth Advisors — resolving service requests by phone, email, and chat, and making sure every transaction lands accurately and on time.
Be the primary point of contact for service and problem resolution for Wealth clients and advisors.
Build deep expertise across banking products, processes, and programs — and stay current as they change.
Deliver tailored solutions for clients with complex financial needs, working within audit and regulatory frameworks.
Partner with Wealth Advisors and internal teams to give clients seamless, end-to-end support.
Handle day-to-day transactions — transfers, overdrafts, and account servicing — accurately and within SLA.
Facilitate wire agreements and process time-sensitive wire requests with precision.
Document every client interaction and resolution in CRM/Salesforce.
Consistently hit quality, productivity, and behavioral performance targets, and help lift the team's Client Service Measurement (CSM) scores.
At least 2 years of relevant client service experience in Wealth Management, Banking, or Investment.
Bachelor's degree (any course) — Business, Finance, Accounting, or Banking is a plus.
English voice proficiency at least B2.
Exposure to retail banking or wealth platforms such as Client Central or Salesforce is a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Willing to work on site in BGC Taguig on a night shift.
