Qualifications

• 3–5 years of wealth management experience in banking or financial services.
• Quality control and supervisory experience is required.
• SME knowledge in wealth products and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients via phone and electronic requests.
• Act as SME on banking products, processes, and programs and stay updated on changes.
• Address complex client needs while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Build ongoing relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners to meet client needs.
• Manage complex service issues, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
• Document client interactions and resolutions in CRM/Salesforce.com.
• Support training and floor assistance to teammates.
