Qualifications

• Willing to relocate to Makati or Bacolod.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee water and sanitary utilities for real estate projects.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine codes, LGU regulations, and permit requirements.
• Prepare plans for permits, licensing, and construction.
• Coordinate with service providers and contractors on water and sanitary utility issues.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and site assessments.
