Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a licensed Electrical or Sanitary Engineer to join our development team in the Philippines.

The role focuses on creating detailed design drawings for sanitary sewer, vent, water, fire protection, and storm systems, and laying out masterplan utilities for site development. Candidates will perform QA/QC on completed utilities and apply knowledge of the National Building Code, LGU ordinances, and house, building and land development

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed engineer (Electrical or Sanitary).
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate/construction projects with budget management.
• Knowledge of National Building Code, LGU ordinances, and house/building/land development processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering design drawings for sanitary sewer, vent, water, fire protection and storm systems.
• Prepare and lay out the masterplan utilities for the site development plan.
• Conduct QA/QC activities for completed utilities.

Job description
