Job summary

First - AVPR Venture, Inc. (FAVI) is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive revenue by selling our products and services directly to customers.

You will be at the frontline, presenting technical solutions and building long-term partnerships. The role requires an engineering or technical degree, a minimum of three years in Industrial Sales, willingness to travel, and strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering or Technical Courses.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as Industrial Sales.
• Willing to travel and do field work (owning a car is an advantage).
• With good communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills.
• Able to negotiate with and influence others.
• Willing to be assigned or relocated to Pasig City, Cebu or Cagayan de Oro.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze market information related to products and services needed for sales projections and marketing plans.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities into long-term partnerships within the industry.
• Calls on prospective clients to promote assigned products and services.
• Review customer requirements, including tender documents, plans, layouts, equipment schedules, etc.
• Provide technical solutions and recommendations for pumps, seals, motors, controls, and other related equipment used in manufacturing plants.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and technical evaluations.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, quotation sheets, proposal and tenders based on customer requirements.
• Conduct product and technical presentations.
