Job summary

First - AVPR Venture, Inc. (FAVI) is looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to drive revenue by promoting pumps, seals, motors and related equipment to industrial clients. You will apply technical knowledge with sales skills to deliver value-driven solutions.

You will gather market information, develop opportunities, visit sites, prepare estimates and tenders, and present technical proposals. Travel to Pasig City, Cebu or Cagayan de Oro is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of engineering or technical courses.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
• Willing to travel and do field work.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills.
• Able to negotiate with and influence others.
• Willing to be assigned or relocated to Pasig City, Cebu or Cagayan de Oro

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze market information related to products and services needed for sales projections and marketing plans.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities into long-term partnerships within the industry.
• Call on prospective clients to promote assigned products and services.
• Review customer requirements, including tender documents, plans, layouts, equipment schedules, etc.
• Provide technical solutions and recommendations for pumps, seals, motors, controls, and other related equipment used in manufacturing plants.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and technical evaluations.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, quotation sheets, proposal and tenders based on customer requirements.
• Conduct product and technical presentations.
