Job summary

Power 4 All, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance professional to insure proper functioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment in wastewater treatment and renewable energy facilities.

The role focuses on system checkups, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and collaboration with customers and vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in wastewater or renewable energy projects.
• Proven track record diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct checkups and repairs on systems and equipment.
• Regularly monitor and inspect equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and identify issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubrication and parts replacement.

About the role

Power 4 All, Inc. is looking for Operations and Maintenance to join the team. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems in wastewater treatment and renewable energy facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct checkups and repairs on systems and equipment
• Regularly monitor and inspect equipment and systems within wastewater treatment and renewable energy facilities to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of parts to prevent breakdowns and maintain efficient operations
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Test equipment and systems to ensure appropriate operation
• Provide and create scheduling for manpower including timeline of activities
• Conduct monitoring, inspection, testing and troubleshooting procedures to address different operations and maintenance concerns
• Maintain thorough records of all testing, maintenance, and repair work
• Discuss equipment and system problems and fixes with customers, vendors, and other interested parties
• Develop preventative maintenance strategies by keeping an eye on systems and equipment to spot potential problems

About you

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment
• Previous experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in wastewater treatment or renewable energy projects
• Proven track record of success in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills, including knowledge of circuitry, wiring, and controls
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
