Job summary

SOLAR RESOURCES, INC is seeking a billing and collections professional in Makati to manage monthly water bill processing, receipts encoding, and collection reporting. You will handle statements of accounts for various projects and monitor site inquiries on readings and billing.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in billing and accounting, with real estate experience considered an advantage and a proactive, detail-oriented team player attitude. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience specializing in billing & collection, accounting or equivalent.
• Real estate experience is an advantage.
• Good working attitude, a team player and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Water Bill, Reading List and Disconnection List.
• Encode Official Receipts (all payments).
• Prepare Monthly Collection Report.
• Prepare Statement of Accounts in assigned projects as per request of site personnel.
• Monitor reports from site inquiring about adjustments to readings and billing.
• Monitor MERALCO billing of all water tanks and prepare payment requests.
• Entertain inquiries, complaints, and concerns of homeowners and take necessary actions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor and management.
