Job summary

Frabelle Corporation seeks a dedicated operator to ensure the proper, safe, and efficient operation of the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF), septic systems and water treatment lines. The role supports production by maintaining a reliable clean water supply while upholding safety, sanitation, and operational excellence.

Key duties include daily WWTP monitoring, pump checks, grease trap cleaning, and maintaining logs of wastewater and water quality.

Qualifications

• Experience applying DMAIC, FMECA and RCA tools to improve processes and reduce defects.
• Ability to analyze wastewater/water systems and troubleshoot equipment issues using structured problem‑solving methods.
• Familiarity with monitoring, documentation and logging of water quality and equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain WWTP, septic tanks, and water treatment systems.
• Conduct daily inspection of WWTP components: air compressors, pumps, blowers, dosing pumps, aeration systems.
• Inspect and clean grease traps, Equalization Tanks, and UASB Tanks; keep area odor‑free and sanitary.

About the role

Responsible for the proper, safe, and efficient operation of the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF), septic systems, and water treatment systems during assigned shifts. Ensures continuous compliance with environmental standards set by DENR, LLDA, and the Environment Management Bureau. Supports production by maintaining consistent and reliable clean water supply, while upholding safety, sanitation, and operational excellence within the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), septic tanks, and water treatment systems

• Conduct daily inspection and monitoring of major WWTP components, including air compressors, submersible pumps, blowers, dosing pumps, and aeration systems

• Inspect, clean, and remove accumulated grease from grease traps, Equalization Tanks, and UASB Tanks

• Ensure the Wastewater Treatment Facility area is odor‑free and properly sanitized at all times

• Perform daily inspection and operation checks of pumps servicing septic tanks and wastewater lines

• Manage and discharge treated wastewater according to parameters required by DENR and LLDA

• Perform periodic preventive maintenance of wastewater treatment equipment, tanks, and related utilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to wastewater, water treatment, or equipment within the scope of responsibilities

• Monitor water tank levels and ensure sufficient safe water supply for production and facility needs

• Document daily wastewater, water quality, and equipment logs accurately

About you

• Ability to remain flexible with shifting schedules and support production operations during holidays or rest days

• Proficiency with problem‑solving initiatives using DMAIC, FMECA, and RCA tools (5 Whys, 6W2H, Breakdown Analysis, Fishbone Diagram)
