Job summary

R-II Builders, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Director to lead the development and execution of a Waste-to-Energy project in the Philippines.

You will oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and compliance with budget and schedules. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of power generation and EPC management, and the ability to coordinate with government agencies and suppliers to deliver the project safely and on time.

Qualifications

• PME or PEE qualification preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in power generation, EPC project management, or energy infrastructure development.
• Experience managing large-scale power plant or Waste-to-Energy projects is required.
• Knowledge of Philippine regulatory and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all phases of project execution, from planning to handover.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, equipment suppliers, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, safety, and contract obligations.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and report to senior management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
