Job summary

FAST Logistics Group in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse Manager for Transition to oversee onboarding and transition of new customers, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.

You will lead planning and execution of warehouse process alignment, WMS implementation, team organization, and resource allocation, while coaching teams, managing budgets, and ensuring continuity and customer satisfaction throughout the transition period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least five years in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Minimum two years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing customer transitions and leading change initiatives.
• Strong expertise in WMS and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.

Job description

The Warehouse Manager for Transition is responsible for ensuring full compliance with customer requirements and operational standards during the onboarding and transition of new customers. The role leads the planning and execution of warehouse process alignment, team organization, resource allocation, and WMS implementation to ensure a smooth and compliant transition. It provides strong leadership through coaching, performance management, and succession planning while overseeing budget control, policy compliance, and process readiness. The position works closely with Business Development, Support, and Operations teams to implement business rules, safety protocols, and cultural integration, while actively managing customer engagement, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring operational continuity, efficiency, and readiness throughout the transition period.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations, including a minimum of two years in a leadership role. The role requires proven experience in managing customer transitions and leading change initiatives, particularly during operational process changes or system implementations. Strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), project and people leadership, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget are essential, along with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset to effectively manage stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
