Job summary

FAST Logistics Group in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse Manager for Transition to oversee onboarding and transition of new customers, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.

You will lead planning and execution of warehouse process alignment, WMS implementation, team organization, and resource allocation, while coaching teams, managing budgets, and ensuring continuity and customer satisfaction throughout the transition period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least five years in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Minimum two years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing customer transitions and leading change initiatives.
• Strong expertise in WMS and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
