Job summary

SF Express Philippines Inc. is seeking a Warehousing Solutions Specialist to identify and address clients' warehousing needs. You will work closely with clients to tailor solutions, leveraging WMS expertise, inventory management, and materials handling to optimize operations.

Responsibilities include assessing operations, recommending layouts, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining quotation data. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' warehousing operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Engage with clients to understand their specific warehousing needs and challenges.
• Recommend and implement solutions to optimize warehouse layouts, workflows, and inventory management processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies and solutions that meet client requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in warehousing operations.
• Coordinate with local suppliers to obtain quotations and respond to inquiries related to customs clearance, warehousing, trucking, and other logistics services.
• Conduct price comparisons among suppliers to support cost-effective sourcing and service selection.
• Collect, verify, and update cost data to ensure pricing information remains accurate and current.
• Maintain and update the basic data used in quotation calculation models.
• Prepare and organize quotation documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.
