Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years in warehouse management.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Excellent English and Filipino (Tagalog) communication.

• Willing to work long hours and based in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.
• Communicate brand messaging, promotions, and campaigns accurately.
• Oversee security operations and safe use of equipment.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and fleet location knowledge.
• Assist with deliveries as needed and ensure staff safety.
• Motivate and discipline staff as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Implementing operational policies and procedures
• Communicating brand messaging, promotions, and campaigns accurately
• Implementing and overseeing security operations
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles
• Assisting with deliveries when required
• Ensuring the safety of the staff
• Motivating and disciplining the staff

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a degree in Business Management or any equivalent
• Must have at least 4 years in warehouse management
• Preferably knowledgeable in SAP operations

• Must have a good command of the English and Tagalog languages, both oral and written
• Must be highly organized and have keen attention to details
• Must be willing to work long hours
