• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel to maximize productivity and compliance with procedures.
• Check incoming and outgoing stocks for quantity, quality, and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
• Prepare and submit inventory and operational reports as required.
• Coordinate with Store Operations and other departments regarding stock requirements and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Ace Hardware policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
