Job summary

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of construction chemicals, admixtures, sealants, and related products.

You will lead warehouse staff, ensure accurate inventory records, optimize layout, coordinate with sales to fulfill orders, monitor quality, enforce safety, and prepare performance reports to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of construction chemicals, admixtures, sealants, and related products in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and manual tracking methods. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with sales staff and customers to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure that products are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to determine reorder quantities and timing. Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing products meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and testing as required.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and facilitate efficient picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment in the warehouse. Train staff on proper handling of hazardous materials and equipment.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing direction, training, and support to ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shelving units, to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.
