MLM Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the Philippines to oversee warehouse operations, ensure budget compliance, and optimize storage space for FIFO/FEFO accuracy. You will supervise sanitation, temperature monitoring, and document control for deliveries and stock movements.

• Supervise Warehouse operations and ensure expenses are within the budget.
• Supervise the storage facility space utilization and properly arrange stocks for FIFO/FEFO monitoring.
• Supervise the storage facility cleaning and sanitation and temperature monitoring.
• Analyze stock movements, and review and approve the stock requisition.
• Analyze finished goods inventory variances, review and approve the daily finished goods inventory report, and secure the stocks.
• Monitor the delivery documents reporting and submission.
• Prepare route schedules and trip tickets to deliver finished goods to all customers.
• Validate the quantities of finished products to be delivered to the customer against sales invoices, stock transfer forms, and delivery receipts. In case of a shortage of stock, indicate the right quantity on the sales invoice and affix the signature.
• Receive and check all delivery documents such as sales invoices, stock transfer forms, and delivery receipts acknowledged by the customer or branch personnel. See to it that the driver will return such documents to the warehouse upon his arrival.
• Collect and check the trip tickets from the driver with complete data; time out/in per destination & signature of the customer.
• Coordinate with the production regarding the shortage of products for delivery and make advice slips for the concerned department.
• Assign the drivers for the delivery of customer orders, regular trips, and special trips and ensure that all orders are delivered to the customer on time.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse area and the stocks are properly arranged in pallets.
• Monitor the preparation and transmittal of raw and packaging materials to production.
• Confirm the delivery of materials from the Suppliers. Ensure that the delivery items are correct based on P.O.
• Supervise the product receiving transmittal process and dispatching of the products.
• Collate the data for the trucking Booking Time Monitoring form.
• Organize workflow, and conduct huddle meetings regularly to ensure all staff understand their duties.
• Record the Logistics expenses and prepare the delivery report.
• Monitor Warehouse equipment checklist form and preventive maintenance schedule.
• Prepare the booking time report and make a communication letter and performance evaluation of the trucking.
• Prepare the Incident Report Summary.
• Supervise the monthly physical inventory of RM, PM, SP, and Supplies.
