Job summary

Concrete Solution Builders & Supply in Cebu province is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage receiving, unloading, inspecting, and storing stock, and to organize order fulfillment for project sites. You will maintain a clean, secure warehouse, update inventory records, and coordinate with drivers and operations to ensure on-time deliveries.

Must have 2–3 years in warehouse supervision or materials management in a construction or engineering context, a Civil Engineering background preferred,

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering background preferred; experience in construction materials and project-site requirements.
• 2–3 years in warehouse supervision, logistics, and inventory control.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Order Fulfillment: Preparing, organizing and arranging goods for delivery to project sites.

• Maintenance: Maintaining clean, organized and secure warehouse environment. Testing and keeping maintenance track record of power tools.

• Record Keeping: Updating inventory logs, documentation, and database accurately to track stock levels.

• Collaboration: Working with operations department, drivers, and project sites to ensure timely logistics.

Job Qualifications:

• Civil Engineering background is preferred, particularly with experience in Construction Materials, Equipment and Project Site Requirements.2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse supervision, construction materials management, logistics and inventory control.

• Experience in construction company, contractor or engineering related environment is highly preferred.

• Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects up to 50-lbs regularly.

• Ability to work independently.

• Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy and meeting deadlines.

• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with team members, other departments and project sites.
