Job summary

Lifestrong Marketing Inc. in Bulacan, Philippines seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities, maintain the facility and equipment, and ensure safety and compliance with procedures.

You will support policy implementation and help achieve KPI targets, ensuring timely allocation and on-time distribution of merchandise to clients. The role emphasizes productivity, quality, and customer service standards, with collaboration across departments to improve processes

Qualifications

• The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible in overseeing and coordinating all warehouse activities such warehouse operations, maintenance of the facility and equipment, compliance on score card, observance of GWP, practice of WASTE elimination, budgeting and customer service. Implementing productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve high level of volume within the limits. Assist Assistant/Warehouse Manager in establishing and implement policies and procedures. Helps the warehouse manager to ensures timely allocation and on time distribution of merchandise to appropriate client.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
• Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities such as scheduling, storing, safety, physical count and inventory accuracy.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees and assigned work loads
• Supervise the processing of orders or requisition from receiving of Dispatch Form to endorsing items to Logistic.
• Confirm properly and timely delivery of items.
• Ensure all scheduled deliveries are correctly prepared by coordinating with IMS for stock availability.
• Constantly work to improve processes.
• Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
• Ensure the facility equipment is properly maintained.
• Observe health and safety regulations; maintain clean warehouse in a clean, safety and orderly condition.
• Assist AWM/WM in establishing and implementing warehouse standards and procedures.
• Assist the AWM/WM in targeting KPI/KRA.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
• Monitor warehouse utilization Plans and schedules meetings and appointments within the week.
• Attends to various department meetings.
• Meets and discusses with sections In-charge for work updates.
