Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Management Trainee (Warehouse Supervisor) in Cavite, Philippines. The role focuses on supporting daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient stock movement and accurate transactions.

The trainee will learn to monitor KPIs, implement safety standards, and assist in supervising warehouse staff under the guidance of a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of warehouse transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and other departments to ensure efficient movement and availability of stocks.
• Assist in supervising warehouse personnel, monitoring productivity, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
• Implement proper inventory handling, storage, housekeeping, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Prepare warehouse reports and monitor KPIs.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements in warehouse processes and productivity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
