Job summary

SAN MIGUEL INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SERVICES, INC. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Inventory & Warehouse Analyst to optimize stock, warehousing, and related services.

You will plan inventory, monitor usage trends, conduct counts, and ensure accurate inbound/outbound documentation. The role requires a Bachelor's in Logistics or related field, 3–5 years in logistics operations, SAP or ERP experience, strong Excel skills, and good analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with 3PL and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel).
• Able to prepare accurate reports and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages inventory, warehousing, and support services for plant operations.
• Analyzes usage, trends, and inventory constraints for effective planning.
• Conducts regular inventory counts and reconciles system vs. physical stocks.
• Ensures accurate documentation of inbound and outbound movements.
• Maintains proper filing and documentation systems.
• Coordinates and negotiates with 3PL and manpower service providers.
• Supports evaluation and accreditation of service providers.
• Resolves operational issues and complaints.
• Prepares billing, collection documents, and monthly management reports.
• Recommends process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
