Flash Express (PH) Co. Ltd. Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee a 50-person team across our Cabuyao fulfillment warehouses. You will train, mentor, and evaluate staff, develop schedules, monitor workflows, and implement SOPs to ensure efficiency and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and the ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high performance and compliance with company standards.

Formación

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations, warehouse management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in personnel management, particularly in supervising warehouse staff.
• Experience supervising a team of approximately 50 warehouse personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment and meet operational targets.
• Detail-oriented with strong inventory management and operational coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite at the fulfillment warehouses in Brgy. Pulo and Brgy. Mamatid, Cabuyao, Laguna.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations
• Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast manpower and operational needs, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
• Conduct safety orientations, training, and drills to promote a safe working environment

About the role
