Job summary

Veneto Quartz, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to prepare and maintain production schedules in alignment with customer orders, forecasts, and inventory requirements.

The role requires coordinating across Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality teams to ensure a smooth workflow and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will monitor production progress, analyze capacity and materials, and generate regular planning reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Ability to operate forklifts and handle materials safely.
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain production schedules based on orders, forecasts and inventory.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Quality teams.
• Analyze capacity, manpower and material availability to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor raw materials, WIP and finished goods inventory levels.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly production planning reports.
• Track performance against schedules and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Recommend corrective actions to minimize disruptions and improve productivity.
• Align production plans with customer requirements and company objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and inventory management.
