Job summary

Moldex Group of Companies in the Philippines, Bulacan, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Marketing and Manufacturing. You will plan production, manage inventory, oversee warehousing, stockroom, and delivery operations, and drive cost-efficient processes to satisfy customer demands.

The role requires strong coordination across departments and meticulous attention to stock accuracy and delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing's demand into finished goods through the proper scheduling of timely production runs.
• Ensure that all machines are fully utilized, considering economic runs and the availability of various factors of production.
• Strictly implement established inventory levels for both raw materials and finished goods.
• Closely coordinates with Marketing and Production as to delivery commitments and quality requirements.
• Develop and implement an efficient ordering system for needed raw materials and supplies.
• Responsible for the physical safekeeping of the company's assets, such as raw materials, finished goods, and production supplies.
• Initiates and implements control systems to ensure proper internal control over inventories.
• Develops and establishes sound warehousing procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date manufacturing of stock balances.
• Ensures the speedy and efficient issuance of needed production supplies and spare parts to requisitioning departments.
• Develop and implement a stockroom system and procedures that will facilitate sufficient internal control over inventory transactions.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of effective guidelines for a speedy and efficient delivery service within the specified schedules.
• Ensure good operating conditions on company-owned delivery vehicles and maintain harmonious relationships with our contractors in order to meet delivery requirements.
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Summary:

To contribute to the growth and profitability of the plant by developing and implementing various activities in support of both the Marketing and Manufacturing Division's efforts to satisfy customer demands, particularly those covering production planning, warehousing (raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts), inventory control, and the generation of reports and delivery to customers. Continuously develop and sustain improvements and upgrades to systems and procedures leading to cost-effective manufacturing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Production Planning and Inventory Control

1. Translate marketing's demand into finished goods through the proper scheduling of timely production runs.
