Job summary

Hospeco Philippines Inc. in Pasig City is hiring a Warehouse Operations Specialist to coordinate and monitor the preparation and release of products from the warehouse for delivery.

You will ensure orders are picked, checked, and dispatched on time, maintain inventory records, and collaborate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and operations teams to optimize processes. This full-time onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and encompasses order review, packing, dispatch documentation,

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational/technical graduate.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse procedures.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Previous experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics, inventory, or delivery operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review orders and dispatch instructions.
• Coordinate picking, packing, checking, and loading of products.
• Ensure correct products, quantities, and customer details before dispatch.
• Prepare and verify delivery documents and dispatch records.
• Monitor outgoing shipments and coordinate with drivers.
• Maintain accurate records of stock releases and inventory.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory teams.
• Report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, or excess quantities.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper product handling, warehouse organization, and safety.
• Monitor delivery status and provide updates.
• Prepare dispatch and inventory reports.
• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
