Job summary

W Bridges Manpower Corporation in Pasig is seeking a on-site Warehouse Associate to support daily logistics and inventory control. You will receive, inspect, and prepare shipments, organize stock, and ensure safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school or vocational diploma, 1 year in warehouse work, knowledge of inventory procedures, and the ability to lift heavy items. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory handling and warehouse procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse documentation and inventory systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Forklift operation experience or certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries and shipments.
• Load and unload products, materials, and equipment safely.
• Organize and store items properly within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock counting and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
• Label, tag, and arrange products according to company procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when authorized.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse area.
• Report damaged, missing, or defective items to the supervisor.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies at all times.
• Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
