Job summary

Shopee Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support inventory processes in Murcia, Bacolod.

You will assist in receiving, checking, and moving items through the warehouse on shifting schedules, and help maintain accurate records of inbound transactions and transfers. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in warehousing or logistics, exposure to inventory systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work in Murcia, Bacolod and on shifting schedules.

• Assist in monitoring the inventory process to ensure items are received, checked, and moved to the next stage within the set timelines

• Support in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Shift Lead

• Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report any discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages) to the Shift Lead or appropriate department

• Ensure timely documentation of received items and internal transfers

• Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting

• Help track attendance and task completion during the shift

• Assist the Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports

• Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations

Requirements:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree

• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations

• Exposure to warehouse tools, processes, and inventory systems is an advantage

• Detail-oriented and organized; able to follow standard procedures consistently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

• Willing to work in Murcia, Bacolod and on shifting schedules
