Job summary

Shopee in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to assist in inventory batches and ensure accurate inbound processing. You will help coordinate daily shift tasks and document transfers, supporting the Shift Lead in reporting and performance tracking.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years in warehousing or logistics. Familiarity with warehouse tools and standard procedures is preferred; applicants should be ready to work in Plaridel, Bulacan on rotating shifts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
1–2 years warehousing/logistics/e-commerce ops preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring inventory to ensure items are received, checked, and moved on within set timelines.
Support in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff as directed by Shift Lead.
Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report discrepancies to Shift Lead or appropriate department.
Ensure timely documentation of received items and internal transfers.
Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting.
Help track attendance and task completion during the shift.
Assist Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports.
Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations.
