Job summary

PeopleStrong Philippines is seeking an Inventory/Logistics Clerk in Kidapawan to ensure all purchase orders are issued completely and stocks received from suppliers are acknowledged accurately.

The role supports distribution center operations, data transfers to other departments, attendance reporting, order transmission by 4:00 PM, and timely encoding of quantities. A six-month training in Manila with allowances and accommodation is provided, equipping you to improve stock accuracy and processes.

Qualifications

• BS or AB in any 4 year college course is preferred.
• Inventory accuracy and data encoding are essential.
• Experience in distribution center operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all purchase orders for receiving are issued accurately.
• Responsible for acknowledging stocks received from the suppliers.
• Responsible for transferring/sending data files to other departments.
• Sends attendance report to HRD every morning.
• Sends all issued purchase orders to purchasing by 4:00 p.m.
• Sends actual quantity received to accounting not later than 8:00 p.m.
• Encodes quantity received, packer’s productivity accurately.
• Ensures all promo items are packed and received on the same day.
• Returns all bad orders and other unproductive SKUs to suppliers on time.
• Encodes necessary adjustments and prints inventory checklists during inventory count.
• Ensures payroll of distribution staff are released accurately.
• Responds to supplier delivery complaints immediately.
• Responsible for requisition/distributions of office and warehouse supplies.
• Offers suggestions to improve work processes
