Job summary

HCMO INTERNATIONAL TRADING is seeking a Warehouse Production Operations Supervisor in Bulacan to oversee daily warehouse production, manpower, and inventory control. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments to meet targets, ensure safety, and optimize processes for cost-effective operations.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of supervisory experience in related operations, strong leadership, and proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years supervisory experience in warehouse, production, logistics, distribution, or related operations.
Experience supervising warehouse and/or production personnel.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse production activities and ensure targets are met within timelines.
Plan and allocate manpower, assign tasks, and monitor attendance and performance.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts and physical inventory.
Monitor productivity and quality, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and 5S practices; promote housekeeping.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
