Job summary

Delex Pharma International, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Pharmacist to support regulated drug handling, quality assurance, artwork management, and regulatory affairs. The role is based at the Delex warehouse in Valenzuela, Metro Manila.

You will help ensure FDA and PDEA compliance, maintain inventory in SAP, prepare regulatory databases and reports, and coordinate labeling/packaging with suppliers to meet guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy; RPh license required.
• FDA and PDEA regulations knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or pharma operations is an advantage.
• Strong documentation, recordkeeping, and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling regulated drugs and maintaining the validity of necessary PDEA licenses.
• Process Local Order Permits and maintain accurate inventory records of regulated drugs, ensuring consistency between actual stocks, manual records, and SAP.
• Prepare and update regulatory databases and reports, including Semi-Annual Reports and IDADIN reports.
• Assist in importation documentation and regulatory compliance activities.
• Ensure product packaging and labeling comply with FDA-approved artworks and labeling guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on label review, artwork approval, and packaging compliance.
• Conduct random product inspections and assist in handling product complaints and pharmacovigilance activities.
• Maintain databases for packaging material codes and barcodes to ensure the use of approved product labels.
• Assist in the renewal of product registrations and licenses, as well as the preparation and review of product dossiers.
• Perform other related duties in regulated drug handling, quality assurance, artwork management, and regulatory affairs.

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Must be a Registered Pharmacist (RPh).
• Knowledge of FDA and PDEA regulations is an advantage.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or pharmaceutical operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in documentation, recordkeeping, and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
