Job summary

LARGEN MED. INC. in the Philippines seeks a motivated BS Pharmacy graduate to join our team focused on warehouse and product compliance.

You will ensure proper storage, monitor expiration dates and batch numbers, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory standards. The role includes supporting business development, distribution activities, and product development research, while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of BS Pharmacy; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• No prior work experience required; willing to learn pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible; good communication and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, distribution, regulatory affairs, QA/QC, or R&D is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper handling, storage, organization, and monitoring of pharmaceutical products per regulatory and company standards.
• Monitor product conditions, expiration dates, batch/lot numbers, and inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices and other applicable pharmaceutical warehouse requirements.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and records for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Support preparation for regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Monitor and report damaged, expired, recalled, or non-conforming products.
• Assist the Business Development Team in product-related research, evaluation, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Distribution Team regarding product availability, inventory, and proper handling.
• Provide pharmaceutical and technical support for product-related inquiries.
• Identify potential products, suppliers, and market opportunities; support preparation of product information for business development.
• Conduct research on new pharmaceutical, healthcare, and related products; evaluate potential new products for development, sourcing, and distribution.
• Gather and analyze product, market, and competitor information; coordinate with relevant teams regarding product development and improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Warehouse & Product Compliance

• Gather and analyze product, market, and competitor information.

• Assist in product documentation, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding product development and improvement initiatives.

4. Documentation & Operational Support

• Maintain accurate and updated warehouse and product compliance records.

• Prepare reports related to inventory, compliance, product monitoring, and other assigned activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse and distribution operations.

• Perform other pharmacy-related and operational duties as may be assigned by management.
