Job summary

MPC MEDICPRO CORP. in the Philippines is seeking a Pharmacist / Regulatory Officer to ensure compliance of pharmaceutical products and documentation with local regulations.

You will monitor regulatory changes, prepare submissions to agencies, and support quality and safety across operations. The role covers coordinating with production, quality, and marketing to maintain licenses, permits, and product registrations, while guiding labeling, regulatory reporting, and internal audits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in regulatory affairs, QA, or pharmaceutical operations.
• Knowledgeable in FDA, DOH, and other relevant regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FDA, DOH, and other regulatory agencies for pharmaceutical products.
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents, licenses, and product registrations.
• Monitor changes in pharmaceutical regulations and advise management on necessary actions.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of licenses, permits, and approvals.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and marketing teams regarding regulatory requirements.
• Assist in product labeling, packaging compliance, and technical documentation.
• Support internal audits and prepare necessary regulatory reports.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements for new product development or importation.
• Conduct training or briefings on regulatory compliance for staff, as needed.
