Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Assistant to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency between the Distribution Center and Alfamart Stores in Silang, Cavite. You will manage deliveries, documentation, and stock handling while maintaining a clean, organized facility.

The role requires a 4-year degree and at least 1 year in customer service, logistics, or supply chain, with the ability to work flexible hours and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain.
• Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, coordination and people handling skills.
• Ability to strictly promote and implement company policies and procedures within department.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure correct stock.
• Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
• Heeding notes about handling stock, especially fragile items.
• Unpacking items and arranging on shelves when needed.
• Preparing client orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Ensuring the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
• Reporting breakages and spills.
• Assisting other staff during lulls in the day.
