Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Senior Logistics Assistant to ensure seamless communication between the Distribution Center and Alfamart Stores. You will handle deliveries, verify stock, sign receipts, and keep stock orderly.

The role requires a 4-year degree, at least 1 year in customer service or logistics, and willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays at the Calamba City, Laguna distribution center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain.
• Ability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, coordination and people handling skills.
• Willing to be assigned to Alfamart Distribution Center, Calamba City, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries to ensure correct stock.
• Sign delivery notes upon receipt.
• Heed notes about handling stock, especially fragile items.
• Unpack items and arrange on shelves as needed.
• Prepare client orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized facility.
• Report breakages and spills.
• Assist other staff in the department during lulls.
