3-5 years in e-commerce or 3PL warehouse management; 1-2 years in team leadership.
Fluent in English; basic Chinese preferred.
Strong on-site management and ability to motivate frontline staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound, sorting, packing, and inventory counting.
Allocate manpower and equipment to meet KPI targets for order processing timeliness and accuracy.
Monitor SOPs, identify gaps, and propose improvements to reduce errors and damage, enhancing turnover efficiency.
Lead frontline operators and team leaders, conduct trainings, and maintain effective communication.
Respond to emergencies, coordinate with domestic headquarters, logistics carriers, and local departments to ensure smooth operations.
