Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience in catering, hospitality, food service or similar fast-paced operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and warehouse documentation.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, holidays and peak-season schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations and activities of the warehouse.
• Ensure warehouse activities follow procedures and schedules.
• Assign daily tasks to warehouse personnel.
• Monitor movement of materials and equipment within the warehouse.
• Maintain proper handling, storage and movement of items.
• Manage inventory records, counts and discrepancies.
• Oversee issuance and release of materials with proper documentation.
• Supervise receiving of incoming materials and inspect against records.
• Supervise return processing and retrieval of items.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, 5S and safety in the warehouse.
• Monitor equipment, facilities and PPE usage for safety.
