Job summary

Juan Carlo-The Caterer, Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records, receive and release stocks, and support smooth warehouse and restaurant operations.

The role requires attention to detail, basic Excel skills, and the ability to lift stock. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, Kitchen, and Operations, conduct regular counts, and ensure proper storage and safety.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or higher; college level acceptable.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, stockroom, receiving, or logistics.
• Experience in a restaurant, catering, commissary, hotel, or food-service environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Basic computer skills, especially Excel and stock systems.
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving stocks.
• Honest, dependable, organized and hardworking.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming stocks, supplies, ingredients, equipment, and other materials.
• Check delivered items against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and requisitions.
• Record all incoming and outgoing inventory accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and process stock issuance and release documents.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock, excess, damaged, or expired items.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stocks with records.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Label, organize, and store items according to category and storage requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries when necessary.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, Kitchen, F&B, Operations regarding stock needs.
• Update inventory records using spreadsheets or company-approved tools.
• Maintain filing of delivery receipts, stock transfer forms, and issuance slips.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports and summaries.
• Ensure warehouse equipment and supplies are properly stored.
• Report damaged, missing, or unauthorized stock movements immediately.
• Follow company policies on inventory control, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
