Job summary

ELLA DL BEAUTY INC is seeking a Warehouse Officer to oversee daily operations in our Makati facility, ensuring organized storage and accurate stock control. You will monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, process stock requests, and maintain warehouse records with attention to detail.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and safe

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or stock control preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory monitoring, stock handling, and warehouse procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Physically capable of handling warehouse-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure organized storage of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and documents.
• Prepare and process stock requests, issuance, and release of items.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of warehouse items.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments regarding stock availability and deliveries.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse.
