Job summary

Hyperionn T Corp is seeking a Warehouse Operation Officer to manage stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy at its Banawe, Quezon City warehouse. The role ensures proper handling of goods and precise stock documentation to support efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in warehouse operations, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. On-site work is required in Manila, with opportunities to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related Engineering course.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse administration, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with stock reconciliation, inventory procedures, and warehouse management processes.
• Knowledge of process improvement and inventory monitoring techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, systematic, and keen on details.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, checking, storing, and releasing of warehouse items.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Process stock transfers and monitor inventory movement.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and Delivery regarding stock concerns.
• Prepare inventory reports and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor damaged and slow-moving stocks.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Recommend improvements in warehouse operations and inventory control.
