Job summary

KM ACE Towing Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle, store, receive, release, and monitor inventory, ensuring accurate stock and timely preparation for deliveries.

You will inspect deliveries, maintain records, coordinate with Operations and Logistics, and support warehouse organization in a fast-paced environment. A Senior High School or Vocational diploma with 1–2 years in warehousing is required; knowledge of Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or Vocational graduate; college level is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, or logistics support.
• Knowledgeable in basic inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving warehouse materials.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Good coordination and communication with multiple departments.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting deliveries to verify quantity and condition.
• Monitor, organize, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare, pack, and release materials according to delivery schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock counts and identify variances.
• Prepare and update warehouse documents such as receiving reports and inventory logs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics teams.
