Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a warehouse operations leader to oversee receiving, storage and distribution of a wide range of products in Metro Manila. You will manage warehouse staff and processes, leverage the Warehouse Management System, and drive safety compliance.

The role emphasizes maintaining high safety standards and ensuring products are dispatched and delivered safely and efficiently, with leadership of a team and collaboration across the supply chain.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or supply chain management required.
• Not more than 45 years old; male preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Driver’s license is an advantage; OSHA forklift certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations to ensure efficient processes.
• Be the main point of contact for a key part of the supply chain.
• Manage warehouse workers, processes and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain safety standards and ensure safe, efficient dispatch and delivery of products.

• Managing warehouse workers, processes, and a warehouse management system.
• In charge of maintaining safety standards
• To ensure that products are dispatched and delivered safely and efficiently.
